finmandats.pm file seems to be missing

finmandats.pm, that should be located in /batch/deputes/ seems to be missing, making the execution of /bin/loadupdate print a lot of errors.

The file is required by batch/deputes/parse_deputes.pl, which is called by /bin/loadupdate

The file is supposed to be written by batch/depute/download_deputes.pl which is ran before batch/deputes/parse_deputes.pl so this is a bit weird.
Have you tried to run things one by one? Running loadupdate from scratch is quite ambitious I believe, you should try and run bin/load_deputes step by step first I'd suggest
