User story

The user wants to check the current plan. Also, when the plan limit is reached, the system will notify the user of an error that it knows about.

Requirements

  • Dashboard page
    • show current Policy
    • show popup which indicates current plan and has link to external URL
  • Team settings page
    • show current Policy
    • show popup which indicates current plan and has link to external URL
  • Error message
    • show error message when it's because of policy
  • General
    • Load plan URL from reearth_config
