HGetAll & HSet issues

I'm trying to store and fetch some hash key/values.
With the HSet(), every time I try to add a new key/value in hash then the other ones already in the hash are getting replaced by the new one.
Here is the function i use

func (rc Client) StoreValueHash(ctx context.Context, hash string, key string, value string) error {
	if err := rc.HSet(ctx, hash, key, value).Err(); err != nil {
		log.Printf("Redis error storing value for hash key. Error: %v", err)
		return ErrCantSoreRedisValueToKey
	}
	return nil
}

In addition, when I'm trying to fetch some hash key/value pairs with the HGetAll, all I get is an empty map.
The same command in Redis console returns the correct values.

This is the function I'm using:

func (rc Client) FetchAllHashValues(ctx context.Context, hash string)  (map[string]string, error)  {
	rs, err := rc.HGetAll(ctx, hash).Result()
	switch {
	case err == redis.Nil:
		return rs, ErrFetchRedisKeyDoesNotExist
	case err != nil:
		return rs, ErrCantFetchRedisValueForKey
	}
	return rs, nil
}

Am I doing something wrong here?

Please ignore this. It was an issue in my app logic.
