Die phpstan github action erweitern sodass rexstan installiert wird und der analse job von den präziseren typen profitiert

Überlegen wie man es hin bekommt ohne dass es diskrepanzen zwischen lokalem tool ausführen und CI job gibt

@gharlan siehst du es als problem wenn man phpstan lokal erst "richtig" laufen lassen kann, nachdem das REDAXO setup durchlaufen ist?

Ausserdem wäre es notwendig dass die Datenbank erreichbar sein muss inkl. Db schema etc

Die Punkte würden mich nicht stören. Unsere Unittests funktionieren auch nur, wenn die DB vorhanden ist.

Aber wie ist das, müssen dann auch bestimmte Addons installiert sein? Bzw. halt alle Addons/Plugins, die hier im Repo liegen? Und kann es zu Unterschieden in der Analyse kommen, wenn man noch zusätzliche Addons installiert hat?
