Possibly incorrect example for ClassPropertyAssignToConstructorPromotionRector

I came across ClassPropertyAssignToConstructorPromotionRector, and an example shows changed public property to private promoted.

Is it a mistake in documentation, or it really works like this?

and then run composer docs so doc updated.
