Can I skip rendering for stacks with a 0 value.

I'm displaying data by "stage" category, and stacking bars by a "race" category. Not every stage has values for every race. I would like to skip rendering of stacks by category. Based on my testing however the bar chart renders a gap for every stackId, whether theres data to populate the stack or not. I would like the categories to only render gaps for stacks only when there is data to populate it.
