Content: homepage block for template/example projects

We should add a section to the homepage pointing users towards starting with our example projects, or alternatively, we might also want a dedicated page for these projects to provide a little more narrative around the projects. But we should have a call out on our homepage with an easy path to get started with a project.

I think a horizontal list, similar to and article listing would work well. Each item would link to individual example projects.

For a dedicated page, we likely want to provide a bit more detail -- tell the user to create an account and provide some instructions on using the projects.
