不兼容Xcode12.5版本的报错atomic_notify_one<unsigned long>

由于rn和flipper的一个依赖库（Folly）在Xcode12.5下编译无法通过，所以暂时请勿升级到新版本的Xcode。
已升级的建议退回12.4版本，或参考官方建议的方案（仅针对0.61以上版本）：
