Problem
Screen** readers are unable to perceive the notifications.

Proposal
Would you be open to an MR that adds to aria-live="assertive" aria-atomic="true" to the Notice?

Outcome
The effect would be that when a notification is rendered, the message in the notification would be read by screen readers.
