Prerequisites

I am using the correct version of React-Bootstrap for my version of Bootstrap
I have searched for duplicate or closed issues
I have read the contributing guidelines

Describe the bug

2 Test failed in BootstrapModalManager.tsx

should set padding to right side
should set padding to left side if RTL

Expected behavior

All 710 Test run successfully during yarn test
