Confusion with Points + Details when entering scores #691

When using the point system to score trials, there are 2 columns: "Score" and "Details".

It's confusing that the "Score" column is displayed on the results PDF sometimes, but not at other times.

The reason/problem is that the "Details" column takes precedence over the "Score" column, but only if the Details column is filled in.

How can we make this clearer/easier?
