Copy results from one competition to another competition #1042

It would be useful to be able to copy data from one competition to another competition.

Requirements:

Both competitions have the same competitors lists
Function will only copy TimeResults, and Points results (not judging results too)

This can be useful when doing things like preliminary-with-changed-data
