Tests fail to run due to dependency version conflict #13

Running tests fail with the following error:

pkg_resources.ContextualVersionConflict: (pycodestyle 2.4.0 (e:\src\knowit\.eggs\pycodestyle-2.4.0-py2.7.egg), Requirement.parse('pycodestyle<2.4.0,>=2.0.0'), set(['flake8']))

#12 fixes this issue
