Replace SocketClient with HttpClient. HttpClient needs to support 101 header first.

Looks like this (only) depends on reactphp/http#376. Let's see if I can look into this soon-ish… :shipit:

@edhelas Agreed, I spoke with @clue about this and we already have some ideas on how to achieve this, would also involve some significant work on ReactPHP's side. We're currently involved a lot in working on ReactPHP v3 and more, so we'll keep you posted once we find the time to look into this 👍
