Since Drone is abandonware, we should migrate release/fleet/v0.9 and release/fleet/v0.8 away from Drone and Dapper scripts, using eg. GoReleaser instead.
Here is how Fleet does it, with this GoReleaser config.

Changing the milestone to 2.9-next, since we will have access to drone for a few more months.
