WSL and Proxy not working when Ranche Desktop start

Actual Behavior

The WSL Proxy not working when Rancher Desktop starts.

Steps to Reproduce

Settings the WSL Proxy. Stop Rancher Desktop.

• Start Rancher Desktop
• From WSL (or from UI Add Image) : docker pull failed "connection refused"
• Go to Preference Dialog, Proxy, WSL Proxy : uncheck "Enable the proxy..."
• Apply
• Wait few seconds
• Check "Enable the proxy..."
• Apply
• Wait few seconds
• Retry docker pull : success

Result

Error response from daemon: Get "https://myprivateregistryoninternet/v2/": dial tcp x.x.x.x:443: connect: connection refused

Expected Behavior

Working without go to switch off/on the wsl proxy

Additional Information

no kubernetes, only docker "dockerd (moby)"
not enable networking tunnel
integrations : with one wsl distrib ubuntu 22.04
No startup automatically at login
start in background
