Add more Support for Layer 2s

Rainbow has no support for some popular L2s
It would be nice if rainbow can support zksync, scroll, linea and other evm chains in the app.
A rainbow consists of many colors and allows them to blend evenly, I think rainbow wallet should emulate that in adding support for various layer 2s and evm compatible layer 1s
