Unable to generate application with ruby 3.0.0-preview1 and rails 6.0.3.3 #40310

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install rvm
  2. Install ruby 3.0.0.0-preview1
  3. Install rails 6.0.3.3
  4. Try to generate applicagtion with: rails _6.0.3.3_ new /path/to/app --skip

Expected behavior

Application created and initialized

Actual behavior

This is a problem with the listen gem. It's been fixed upstream, but not yet released: guard/listen#490

I'll close this since there's nothing Rails can do about it right now. Passing --skip-listen should let you generate an app.
