Provide a Docker/Podman image

For some hosts that I want to run omq on it takes a while to install Go and dependencies. Having a Docker image would speed things up from a usage point of view.

An image downloadable somewhere similar to https://hub.docker.com/r/pivotalrabbitmq/perf-test
