When building a new multi-tiered PKI system, I like to go ahead and write out the certificate profile for all different parts of the PKI (root, multiple intermediates, OCSP delegate, CRL delegate, end-entity, ...). However, I can't actually use the config.yaml I developed, as the cert/key listed for each certificate doesn't exist yet, causing an error. I want to be able to take a certificate profile and use it to build the full PKI without having to manually build things and then use a cert profile for end-entity certs.
