Update globals in the printed script tag when updating scenario settings in js

When you save your scenario you secretly get a new one, so we can keep track of versions. In the background all variables are updated, however in the secret second script tag the printed values remain unchanged. This can lead to confusion by those who reference these tags. There could be an old api_session_id in there.
