What happened?

I ran yarn quasar dev, then hit ctrl-C. But it carried on working, e.g. outputting:

 • Compiling:
 └── UI ████ 16% building 0/3 entries 2650/2700 dependencies 591/860 modules

I kept pressing ctrl-C, but it seems it needs to run its course?
This didn't happen in quasar 1.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected all build processes to stop, including any that had been spawn-ed.
