given:

a shrinkwrap

and

symlink node_modules/broccoli-merge-trees @ 1.x
node_modules/foo/node_modules/bar which depends on broccoli-merge-trees @ 0.2.x

the symlink does not correctly put the dep checker into warn only mode for that version mismatch.
