Using Chrome on macOS with no further ad blocker extensions installed within Chrome, the page has usability issues because Google Ads is blocking navigation via a div element.

Thank you for this report. Which version of Chrome are you using? Does it happen with other browsers?

I am using Chrome 108.0.5359.94. Just tried it with Safari Version 15.1 (15612.2.9.1.30, 15612) as well as FireFox 107.0.1. In all browsers the site looks like above in the images and can not be used well.

Still a bit older: macOS Catalina 10.15.7.
