feat: 增加一个Macos顶部导航栏切歌和暂停功能 #2238

Macos 切歌

平常一般都是放在后台听歌，想快速切歌还有点开。
所以建议在顶部导航栏新增一个icon导航，可以用于切歌（上一曲，下一曲），暂停，最好是个Context Menu，右键把这些功能集合收进去，或者直接吧上一首下一首放出来，可以用于切歌。

类似如图这种：

期待开发者对功能的增加就太完善了
