What is the bug or the crash?

O arquivo resultante do processamento da ferramenta "Pacote de Camadas" está ocultando feições das camadas empacotadas. Algumas feições ficam invisíveis, não aparecem na tela apesar de constarem na tabela de atributos. O problema foi detectado na versão 3.22.13 e na versão 3.28.1.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Empacote as camadas via Processamento; Caixa de Ferramentas; Banco de Dados; Pacote de Camadas;
2. Avalie as camadas empacotadas quanto à visibilidade das feições.
