Hi, you have two options, either save message_id + date in user/chat_data and access it in the notification function, or you write it in the callback data and parse it from there. |

I have a project to look for soccer matches in a day and send them to telegram.
First I send all the games to a group (CHANNEL_ONE) and then I send only the games from my region to a private channel (CHANNEL_TWO) (In order not to make my code too long, I removed this part in line 43-44 that selects only the games from my region).
What I'm trying to do is create an option to activate an alarm for games that are uploaded to my private channel. In my code, the robot first sends the messages with the media and then sends a message with a button, as it is not possible to use
InlineKeyboardButton
withsend_media_group
. Then I want that if I click on the "🔔" button, call thedef notification
where I'm going to implement a logic that creates an alarm in a new thread that will notify that the game is starting. My question is about how to send the
message_id
and thedate
value of the message that was sent with thesend_media_group
to thedef notification
(I prefer this method). If it is not possible, I would like to know how to send themessage_id
of the button I press to thedef notification
, in addition to also sending thedate
value so that I can create the alarm.I need the message id so that when the alarm ringing, I can send an update.message.reply_text("The game started")
