Error help on my telegram bot. (nsfw warning ig)

Once i start the bot, after sending a message /start to it in the Telegram chat, the bot should respond with a message saying "This bot was made by ". The bot should then also search for a random image every two minutes and send it to the specified private chat ID with the bot where the bot is an admin.

But im getting this error:
