embedding gif isn't show them as animationGIF

How to send gif image as object not link.
example:

def gif(update, context):
    context.bot.send_photo(chat_id=update.effective_chat.id, photo="https://cdn.nekos.life/kuni/kuni01.gif")

that above just show em as thumbnail, not gif animation
its worked properly if i just send them as url link, but how to send as image object?

ah my bad, there is nothing send_animation() option in my own pycharm, tyvm
