--docker-compose option regression with docker-compose 1.28.0 #75

Hi,

With latest release of docker-compose 1.28.0, it seems the option --docker-compose does not work as it used to do with 1.27.4.

Looking at the release note, it seems there is some modifications related to this:

Seems to be fixed with 26c7e95
