While building the changelog, I ran afoul of duplicate titles due to twisted/towncrier#346 (fix pending in twisted/towncrier#356). Rather than pin to an older towncrier version, I dropped the custom
title_format, which also fixes #723 by generating anidlike:https://twine--778.org.readthedocs.build/en/778/changelog.html#twine-3-4-2-2021-07-20
