There are security updates for python & openssl that would have been welcomed in this new version. I'll let you decide if you want to release a patch version now (or wait for 3.11.0 release probably in case you want to wait)

Gitlab is failing because we're out of credits, who knows how long Travis will take to complete. This looks good though, so I'll merge and release a patch.
