No URL opening #2607

Bug Report

Expected behavior:

A URL should be opened in the default web browser when clicking "Help - Wiki", "Help - Forums" or when initiating an SSO login.

Actual behavior:

Nothing happens on either of these actions.

Detailed steps to reproduce:

Open Pyfa
Click on Help --> Wiki

Fits involved in EFT format (Edit > To Clipboard > EFT):

N/A

Behaviour observed in:
Release v2.58.2 AppImage
Release v2.58.2 Source
Release v2.57.3 AppImage

Operating system and version (eg: Windows 10, OS X 10.9, OS X 10.11, Ubuntu 16.10):

Ubuntu Studio 22.04.4

Other relevant information:

Nothing is written to the log file after these actions. No error is shown either.
