Describe the bug

Windows Ruby head now supports UNIXSocket. Support for unix sockets has been added to 'Windows 11' and its server equivalent, but I don't know how feature complete it is.

Tests using UNIXSocket on Windows have never been run before.

There are problems. Investigating.
