How to effectively use and deploy an operator provided as a Helm Chart

I am trying to set up a Postgres Operator from within Pulumi. I found the example for how to use a remote chart:

but it's completely obscure to me how I'm supposed to get the repo URL for the chart I want to install. It looks like helm.sh charts are getting deprecated, and I'm jumping into an ecosystem that's completely fragmented and in the process of an overhaul. The deprecation has the added effect that the documentation may soon be outdated, and the example code will no longer work.

I'd really appreciate a run-down on not only what I should be doing in the specific case with this operator, but also some kind of trick I could use to figure out how to get the repo URL going forward, since that's what pulumi seems to rely on.
