azuread.ApplicationApiAccess: missing docs

What happened?

azuread.Application and azuread.ApplicationIdentifierUri have no docs.

Upstream azuread_application has several useful bits of information in the docs. Notably this section

Please note that this resource should not be used together with the azuread_application_registration resource when managing the same application.

applies to Pulumi as well and when the user isn't aware of this, a broken Pulumi program can result like in pulumi/pulumi-azuread#1036.
