If my input is longer than my output, I get crumbs of the input (for want of a better description) tacked onto the end of the following line.
[1] pry(main)> '34343434'.length => 843434'.length [2] pry(main)> puts 'whatever' whateverr' => nil [3] pry(main)> 23 + 45 => 6845
It's like the input is being echoed, then there's a CR without a LF and the output starts writing over it.
This is happening for me in Rails console.
