Prometheus Service Crashes While Fetching 1 Lac and Above Metrics On The Prometheus UI

I am trying to display some real-time metrics and the Prometheus exporter is able to fetch all the metrics, but not able to see the graph on Prometheus UI. It loads and crashes after sometime. It does not show anything in the UI. In the logs it says, "Alert Manager Service is Starting" and then "Killed".

I have found some similar issue where they send a lot of data to Prometheus, it crashes, similar thing is happening in my application. I have tried changing the Scrape Interval and the query timeout but it didn't worked. Maybe I am dealing with a huge number of unique metrics that's why it is happening, can anyone suggest me a way to fix this?

The number of metrics are visible in TSDB in Prometheus, but not in Prometheus UI.
