Get context deadline exceeded

Hi all - a newbie of Prometheus here.

Just have been setup the prometheus and grafana on linux box and I am trying to install the static agent for my Windows server.

After I configured the prometheus yaml file and I am now see some of agents are showing "down" now just like below.

How can I get them up and running please?

By the way, if I install WMI exporter just like the one of with using port:9182, it looks fine on it.
So I just wonder if WMI exporter is a must for Windows server or I can leave it just use grafana static agent? Please advise, thanks. :)
