Hello Prometheans,
We are delighted to announce the release of Prometheus 2.43.0, an update
packed with new features, enhancements, and performance optimizations.
Stringlabels optimization: We have prepared an optional release,
Prometheus 2.43.0+stringlabels, that introduces a new data structure
for labels, which minimizes heap size and offers speed improvements in
most cases. It's ideal for those who want to test and measure
performance gains in their production environments.
We have prepared a blog post that answers some questions about that
stringlabel build: https://prometheus.io/blog/2023/03/21/stringlabel/
Include_scrape_configs: This feature allows users to include scrape
configs from multiple files, making configuration management and
organization more convenient.
Enhanced HTTP Client Configuration: New config options - no_proxy and
proxy_from_environment - allow for better management of HTTP client
behavior across different environments.
