実装は以下の2種類やるときに考える

js側で制御してるのでその都度apiなりで設定情報をサーバーに送る
ブラウザのLocal Storageに保存する。

できれば前者のが複数環境で保持できるかも。
でもpcとスマホじゃ需要が違うのかもしれない。
