Describe the bug

When 24-hours is enabled on calendar component, and one select the current date without changing the hours, the hours is ignored and is set to 00.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to https://primevue.org/calendar/#time and select 24-hours format, then click on current date without changing hour.

Expected behavior

To take current hour
