Add version argument to quickly check version of executed preconstruct binary #440

Sometimes we need to quickly check version of executed preconstruct binary, but via preconstruct version or preconstruct --version and similar commands it outputs empty line.

Will be good to add such argument to output the version.

I know, that we can check the version in package.json file or via yarn list, but having a special argument will be much more convenient, because some projects may have different versions of preconstruct in subpackages, and also globally installed one.
