Roadmap to the first release

I think i have two options for the first release.

• Release this project as a rubocop plugin gem
  • Because this project depends on regexp_parser gem. If this gem is merged to RuboCop core, it will increase the dependencies of RuboCop.
  • I'll move this repository under the rubocop-hq organization at the first release.
• Merge this project to the RuboCop core
  • It will increase the dependencies, but I guess these cops that are implemented in this project are useful for most Ruby projects.
  • Everyone needs the cops, so it should be included in the core.
  • I guess we can rename the cops with another department. Maybe under "Lint".

I'll tell the core team this roadmap.

I created an issue to rubocop-hq/rubocop, and we decide to merge this project to RuboCop core.
rubocop/rubocop#7746

So I'll close this issue and archive this repository after updating the README to mention this issue.
