Describe the user story

As a monorepo maintainer on Github, I must provide a path relative to a workspace in the .node-version-file parameter of the actions/setup-node action. It expects a relative path to the root of the repository, but as I list my workspaces with pnpm list, only absolute paths are provided.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to have a path relative to the root of the workspace in the returned workspaces when running the pnpm list command.

Describe the drawbacks of your solution

I don't see any drawback in adding another field.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There's already an open issue about this here but it doesn't move much, and I think this would be appreciated in a broader set of use-cases than mine (other ci platforms, other purposes).
