Thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately, it is a known issue and stems from Adobe XD itself (without anything I can do about it in the plugin).

This bug is already filed with the Adobe XD team and hopefully will receive a fix soon.

On Windows machines, the `onWheel` event, the delta rounds to the next 100 value (-200, -100, 0, 100, 200).

When scrolling slowly through the document, this gets rounded to 0, meaning I get the information that the user has scrolled, but not in which direction.
