+ New server cvar "sv_obsmode" allows or prevents spectators from speaking to active players. Value "0" - spectators can speak to players during match, "1" - can speak only with other spectators, "2" - can't talk at all.
+ New admin command "obsmode" sets the cvar "sv_obsmode" to corresponding value: "speak" = "0", "whisper" = "1", "shutup" = "2".
+ New server cvars: "sv_log_connect", "sv_log_admin", "sv_log_votes", "sv_log_change" which sets filenames of specific log files. Empty value means the specific action will not be logged.
+ New server cvar "sv_spawn_invincible". When enabled, it prevents players from being hurt after spawning as they gain invulnerability mode for a short period of time. The amount of time is specified by the value this cvar is given, ie: a value of 5 will give 0.5sec invul, 10 will give 1.0sec invul and so on. If a player fires their weapon after spawning with invul enabled, their invul fades from them no matter what value is being used to prevent abuse.
+ New command "highlight". When used for first time it will set the player's name to be highlighted in scoreboard. Second time usage will disable highlights in scoreboard and using it a third time will highlight the name of both team captains.
+ Spectators can't propose votes during a match.
+ Added new vote option: "tp", 4 different TP modes can be voted on (default TP is "2"):
"1" : Players cannot cause damage to themselves, their teammates, their armor, or their teammates' armor.
"2" : No self or teammate health or armor protection. A player's frag total is decremented by 1 for each teammate kill. This is the default "dm" setting.
"3" : Players can cause damage to themselves and their own armor but can only damage teammates' armor (only teammate health protection is enabled).
"4" : Players can cause damage to themselves and their own armor but cannot cause damage to teammates or their armor (teammate health and armor protection enabled).

+ When "sv_spawnrandom" is set to "1", tdm will look for a .\tdm\spawns\mapname.ran file which should contain predefined spawn ranges. If it's unable to find this file, it will use the entire map as a possible spawning area and might cause players to get stuck/spawn inside walls/stairs/doors/etc.
