Related issue filed for Lerna: lerna/lerna#2891

Basically v4.1.0 failed to publish on GitHub Actions (but I have manually published it). This is because the package-lock.json produces uncommitted changes after doing a version bump.

Potential workaround would be to reset the package-lock.json before publishing.
