What: mentor is not notified when student books an interview thus can miss the interview.
Student can book an interview on very short notice, for example if it is in 30 minutes and mentor is in the middle of workday.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. student can not book interview on short notice: if it is less than 3 hours to the meeting
  2. mentor is notified about booked interview
