As a user I want to receive several emails with following information:

1st email: I am approved or declined to Event_Name, Event_Location, speakers with topics
2nd email, confirmation step: already done in Admin
3rd email: "Your #pivorak ticket" with QR code, Event_Name, Event_Location, speakers with topics
